Allows you to select specific formats that might be used for assigned properties of Smart P&ID drawing items and of Smart P&ID data throughout the plant and to convert those formats to a different format.
Format Category
The format categories correspond to the main groupings that appear in the Tree view of Format Manager. The values are read-only.
Current Format
Select the format in the particular format category that you want to convert from for existing property values in the plant. By default, the default format as defined under the Options Manager Formats is displayed.
Convert to Format
Select the format in the particular format category that you want to convert to for existing property values in the plant. By default, a blank value is displayed, indicating no change of format.

The lists in the Current Format and Convert to Format columns include all formats defined under the format category in Format Manager, including user-defined formats.

You can specify the conversion of only one current format for each format category each time you select Apply. You can convert additional formats under those format categories by selecting new values under the Current Format and Convert to Format columns.
