To run Smart P&ID via Citrix using Oracle, users or groups that will be using Smart P&ID are required to be included in the "Create Global Objects" policy security setting.

Open Control Panel, select Administrative Tools, and then double-click Local Security Policy.

In the left pane of the Local Security Policy window, expand Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.

In the right pane, double-click Create global objects to open the Create global objects Properties dialog.

Select Add User or Group.

On the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups dialog, add the users or groups that will be using Smart P&ID.
