Copy an Item with the Select Tool - Intergraph Smart P&ID - Help - Intergraph

Select Select Tool on the main toolbar.

Select an item.

Position the pointer over the item, but not over any of the handles of the item.

Hold CTRL and drag the copy to its new location. Placement rules are in effect, and so you must place the copy in an allowed position as if it were a new catalog item.
