This dialog allows you to update the Item tag property of an instrument so that it
will correspond with the current Loop tag property for that instrument. You can access
this dialog by selecting the ellipsis 
beside Loop Function, Tag Seq No, or Tag Suffix.
The dialog displays the list of instruments associated with that loop. The check boxes beside the tags can be selected to determine which instruments will have their Instrument Tag property updated.
