It is a good idea to save your drawing before you print it so that a printer error or other problem does not cause you to lose any work completed since the last time you saved the drawing.
-
Select Print on the Main toolbar to display the Print Dialog.
-
Select the printer that you want to use from the Name list.
-
In the Number of copies box, type the number of copies you want.
-
In the Print range box, specify the range of pages you want to print.
-
You can set other options for the printer by selecting the Properties button or the Settings button on the Print dialog.
-
Select File > Page Setup to specify the drawing size.
-
You can display the drawing as it is to be printed. Select Tools > Options. On the General tab, select the Display as printed option.
-
Before you can print for the first time, you must connect the printer to the computer or network, install a printer driver, and select the printer to print the drawing. For more information about how to install a printer, see the printer documentation.
