In the List view, select the drawing whose properties you want to modify.

Select Edit > Properties.

On the Properties dialog, you can review or change the values of the drawing properties. If you need to actually add drawing properties to this dialog, you can use Data Dictionary Manager.
You cannot modify many of the drawing properties after the drawing is created. For
example, the Template property value cannot be changed.

Select OK.
When a drawing (Drawing A) becomes out-of-date for modifying its properties, then
all the partner OPCs of Drawing A will also be shown as out-of-date with respect to
Out-of-date model items. Therefore, update Drawing A first, to update the partner
OPCs.
You can rename and renumber a drawing, but keep in mind possible naming conflicts
that can arise when you retrieve a drawing under an older name or number. A version
of a renamed or deleted drawing cannot be fetched if a current drawing in the plant
has the same name or number.
