Manage Print Configurations - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.6 - Installation & Upgrade - Hexagon

Print configurations are needed when printing reports from any Smart Materials Web screen.

1. Open the

   Administration

   >

   Manage Print Configurations

   screen.

   The available print configurations are displayed.

2. To download the template document, click the

   Template File

   link.

   Using Chrome, the downloaded file appears in the lower left corner. Other browsers might present a

   Open/Save File

   dialog or other means to display the downloaded file.

3. To update an existing configuration, click

   in the first column.

   A dialog opens where you can modify values, delete the configuration, and upload the template file. To replace the existing document, click

   Choose File

   , select the template file, and then click

   Save

   .

4. To create a new configuration, click

   Create

   .

   A dialog opens where you can insert a new configuration and upload a template document. To upload a new document, click

   Choose File

   , select the template file, and then click

   Save

   .
