Copy data from an engineering requisition - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

From the Home page, click Requisitions > Maintain Requisition.

Select the Engineering Requisition.

On the Requisitions Details page, click the Copy Requisition button and do the foloowing:

1. In the Copy Requisition window, to copy all data, select the Copy Data From radio button and select the Requisition from the list and click Copy.

2. To copy only the attachments, select the Copy Attachments From radio button and select the Requisition from the list and do the following:

3. To copy documents, select the Documents checkbox.

4. To copy the text and terms, select the Text and Terms checkbox.

5. To copy VDRs, select the VRDs checkbox.

6. To copy the notes, select the Notes checkbox.

7. To copy properties, select the Properties checkbox.

Click Copy.
