A few heavy materials are needed to be tested when they arrive at the site.The inspection of such materials are done at the quarantine location. After the inspection is done, they are sent to their assigned warehouse. If the materials fails the inspection, they are sent to the scrap warehouse.

Site inspection screen consists of two sections:

  • Inventory Receipts: Inventory Receipts displays the idents that are located in the quarantine location. It consist of the information like Ident Code, Tag Number, Commodity Code, Warehouse, Location, Inspection Status, MRR Number, Ident Short Description, and Ident Deviation.

  • Ident Values: Ident Values displays the values for all the idents.It consist of Property Group, Property, Value, Passed, Deviations, Vendor Actual Value, Technically Usable, Status, Certification, Certified On, Approved On, and Approved By.

To make the changes in the Ident Values, do the following:

  1. On the Home page, click Site > Site Inspection.

  2. Click Show all Data Yes to display approved and unapproved ident codes. Otherwise, select Show all data No.

  3. Select an Ident Code from the Inventory Receipts section.

  4. In the Ident Values section, click Deviation as Yes to highlight that the deviation exists. Otherwise, select No.

  5. Type the actual value from paper passport/ data sheet in the Vendor Actual Value cell.

  6. If the Item can be used select Yes in the Technically Usable cell. Otherwise, select No.

  7. Select the status as Passed, Failed or Not Applicable in the Status cell.

  8. Type the certification number in the Certification cell.
