10.1

The default parameters that are defined for projects determine the workflows and application behavior. Most modules in Smart Materials require the definition of specific settings. For more detailed information of the purpose, the usage of each Project Defaults, and how to set Project Defaults, see Intergraph Smart Materials Web Project Defaults.

The project defaults can be set at three levels:

  • Project level using Project Defaults section

  • Project discipline level using Project Discipline Defaults section

  • Project group level using Project Group Defaults section

Some of the fields are common across the Project Defaults, Project Discipline Defaults, and Project Group Defaults sections.

Project - Specifies the project for which the parameters are displayed.

Project Group - Specifies the project group for which the parameters are displayed.

Display Option - Restricts the display of project defaults based on the option you select. For example, if you select Mandatory No Value, the application displays only the mandatory parameters that do not have a value assigned.

Project Defaults categories - The project defaults are divided among the Smart Materials modules and are displayed as tabs in the Project Defaults, Project Group Defaults, and Project Discipline Defaults sections. For more information on the different categories, see Project default categories.
