  1. On the Home page, click Site > Warehouse Management > Site Export.

  2. Click Add Site Export Job in Job Details section.

  3. Type the export job name in the Site Export Job cell.

  4. Type Short Description and Description for the site export job.

  5. Select a Structure from the list.

    B(OM) or T(traffic) sections are available based on the structure selection in the Job Information section.

  6. Type the export file name in the Export File box.

    The Export Path shows the download folder on the application server where the ASCII files are getting stored.

  7. Optionally, type a note in the Comment box and click Save.

  8. If you have selected a B(OM) structure, do the following:

    1. Select a work package of the BOM in the Work Package box.

    2. Select Best Quantity or select a specific issue status from the Issue Status list.

    3. Select a list status from the List Status list.

    4. Optionally, select Quantity Summary, Specification Information, Part Information, and a node type from Node Type (for Break).

    If the Quantity Summary check box and the Node Type (for Break) are filled, additional BOM data information will be downloaded.

  9. If you have selected a T(raffic) structure, do the following:

    1. Select an invoice number from the Invoice Number From and Invoice Number To boxes.

    If you don’t select invoice numbers and click Save, the first and the last available invoice numbers are automatically filled in.

    1. Select a Stage Level.

    Stage level defines which stages and quantities are considered during export. The available stage levels are:

    • Only Traffic

    • Item Shipment

    • PO Number (including approved)

    • PO Number (including unapproved)

    • Engineering Requisition (including approved PO)

    • Engineering Requisition (including unapproved PO)

    1. Optionally, select Include Container, Supplier Information, Specification Information,and Part Information from the list.

  10. Select a Stage Level from the select list, and click Save.

  11. Click Start Online to launch the online execution of the selected site export job.

  12. Click View Online Log to open the screen displaying the log file details.

  • Job status changes after the execution is completed in the Job Information section.

  • In the Job Execution Statistics section, all information relating to Job Started By, Start Date, End Date, Execution Summary and Log File are automatically inserted.
