The fields displayed in the Job Workload grid are explained below.

  • Workload Job: Name of the workload job.

  • Description: Description of or comment on the workload job.

  • Queue Name: Name of the queue the job is associated to.

  • Priority: Priority of the job within the queue.

  • Active: This value indicates whether the job is active within the queue.

  • Start Date: Start date and time of the queue.

  • Frequency: Frequency at which the job will run. For example, daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • Current Status: Status of the job within the queue. For example, scheduled or disabled.

  • Last Run: Date and time of the last run of the workload job.

  • Job Result: Result of the last run of the workload job. For example, ERROR or SUCCEEDED.

  • Next Run: Date and time when the job will run next time.

  • Email Address: Email addresses to whom the automatic job email notification will be sent.

  • Email Body: Content of the email body to be used for sending the email.

  • Email Required: This value indicates whether the automatic email should be sent when the job is executed.

  • Email Trigger: This value indicates at what point the automatic email should be sent. Possible values are ALL, JOB_ERROR, or JOB_SUCCESS.

  • Executed PU: Program unit that is being executed as part of the workload job.

  • Log: Name of the log file which is generated for the last run of the job. Click the link to open the log file in a separate window.

    Click the LOG link to open a new dialog displaying the generated log file. You can enter a comma separated list of email addresses in the Email Address box, and then click Email Log to send an email with the log file to the addressees.

To edit a workload job, click Edit BIR_Edit. You can edit the workload job priorities and whether it has to be disabled to run from the queue or even disassociating from the queue.

The Run Now button is only enabled for users with the JOB SCHEDULER ADMIN privilege. This button is used to run the workload job on demand.
