Format - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

Through Format option in Actions menu, you can perform following three functions.

• Control Break

• Highlight

• Stretch Columns.

Control Break

Control Break allows you to group the displayed data.

1. Select Column from the drop-down.

2. Select the Direction order from the drop-down.

3. In the Nulls field, you can define whether empty values should appear first or last in the list.

4. Click Plus icon to add the entry.

   To remove any entry, click the Minus icon.

5. Repeat the same steps to add more sorting option, and then click Save to activate the new sort order.

Highlight

Highlight allows you to highlight fields or rows based on a pre-defined condition.

1. Type the Name.

2. Select the item you want to Highlight ; a row or column.

3. Select the required Background Color and Text Color.

4. Select the Condition Type.

5. Select Column and then the Operator.

6. Select the Value from the drop-down.

7. Click Plus icon to add the details. Repeat the same steps to add more and once all the highlights are added, click Save.

   To remove any defined highlight, click Minus icon.

Stretch Columns

To view huge data within a column at one instance in the grid, use Stretch Columns option.
