In this page, you can review the import protocol for the job selected in the first window. To understand this page you need to know the following:

Label

Description

Notes

Display Options

You can choose one of four available options:

All log entries - Default option

All but controlled entries - Filters out any control entries which contains BOM navigational information

Site only operations only - Filters out any site and operations entries

Only errors - Displays only errors

Total Rows

Total number of rows created

Errors

Total number of errors

Warnings

Total number of warnings issued

Information

Total number of information processed

Line number

If the log record is an error entry, this cell will display the line number of the ASCII file which caused the error or warning.

The line number will only be correct however, if in the first import phase, SQL*Loader did not reject or discard any records, otherwise the number of such records must be taken into account.

State

This cell indicates whether a log entry is an informational message (I), a warning (W) or an error (E).

Type

The context of the log entry.

Description

The detailed message or error text for a log entry.

BOM Path

If there was a current BOM path context when a warning or an error condition occurred, this BOM path will be written to the import protocol.

Position

If there was a current BOM position context when a warning or an error condition occurred, the BOM position number within the path will be written to the import protocol.

Record Details (section)

Interface Table Record Type

Type of the import records.

This controls the interpretation and further processing of the physical record content.

Field_1-16

Name of the physical column in the OMI interface table.

IN_3-5

Input 3- 5 for BOM positions.

Item

Item Type Code for BOM positions.

Rev

BOM Revision. This is no longer used and is in the import file specification only to maintain compatibility to previous versions of the file specifications.

The BOM revision is derived at runtime:

For BOM positions, it will always be the revision of the node where they are located.

For BOM nodes that are newly created by OMI, the revision number will always be 0.

For existing nodes that are updated by OMI (or to which positions are added) the resulting revision number depends on the present revision number, the 'Locked' property of the node and the job parameter check box 'Rev+1':

If a node is not locked, the revision number will not be changed.

If a node is locked, but revision increment has not been allowed, the BOM node and its associated detail data (Node Description, Node Values, Positions) will not be modified at all.

If a node is locked and revision increment is allowed, the revision number will be incremented by 1 (and the node will be unlocked and its present positions list status will be reset to the project default list status again in order to allow data modification from the OMI import data to take place).

Object

Object Code for BOM position records

Unit

Unit Code. This is used for BOM positions, variable node and position properties as well as the new NODE_MODIFIER record type.

Option

Option Code for BOM positions.

Timestamp

Indicates the time when this record was processed.

Import

All label names starting with Field_, have a dynamic interpretation during import processing, while the significance of the other fields is static. These are mainly used for the record type 'POS', i.e. for BOM position records.

Export to Excel (button)

Downloads the import protocol for the job to an Excel sheet.
