To register a client, follow these steps:

On the azure dashboard, click App registration> New registration.

Type a valid name for the API and select the respective option in Support account types.

Click Register.
The app gets registered, and an app page with the provided name gets created. Now, proceed with the configure steps.

In the left navigation, click Authentication> Add a platform.

Select the required platform based on the application. For example, if you are using Postman as a client, select Mobile and desktop applications.

In the Custom Redirect URIs, provide the client URI. For example, for Postman, provide Callback URL from Authorization tab.

Click Configure.

Select the required options in Supported account types and Advanced settings.
For client Postman, none of these settings are required.

To provide permissions to call the created APIs, in the left navigation, click API permissions> Add a permission.

In the APIs my organization uses, search the newly created API, and then click it.

In the permissions> select the scope (one you have created), and then click Add permissions.
