With the static Parameter you can insert static values for the parameter. In A.60.71, this values are shown in a List of Values.

In the Parameter window (A.30.05), enter the Parameter name, Short Description and the Description. Chose as Parameter Type System (ORACLE Reports), define the Data Type and choose the Query Type Static. In the lower block, enter the possible values for the parameter. Define a default value for the parameter.
