Bill of Materials

• All BOM Reports option now available. (CR-MA81857)

General

• Valid Settings - Project Defaults is now available to be accessed from various Smart Materials Web pages. (CR-MA56308)

• Valid Settings - DBA Settings is now available to be accessed from various Smart Materials Web pages. (CR-MA56541)

• Valid Settings - Privileges is now available to be accessed from various Smart Materials Web pages. (CR-MA56542)

• Two-factor authentication implemented. (CR-MA65086)

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) implemented using eMail. 2FA can be enabled/disabled via DBA Setting. (CR-MA73330)

• Support multiple sessions for Smart Materials Web users without consuming multiple licenses.

  Improved handling of multiple Smart Materials Web sessions in multiple browser tabs/windows. Browser features which duplicate/clone tabs will not be supported by this functionality. Tabs which were duplicated/cloned by browser feature would share their session with the previous tab, which is not desired in most cases. To get cleanly separated sessions in multiple tabs/windows, use Other Links > Clone Session from the Smart Materials Web application menu to open new tabs in a new independent session.

  Pages in parallel tabs/windows which need the same license tag will only consume one seat in the same browser. This means, they share the license. Pages which require different license tag, each will retrieve its own seat as long they are open.

  Pages can be closed by using the using the browser close-tab/window control (X), and the license will be released if not used by another tab/window of the same browser. The release of license will happen within 1 minute after close. No need to wait for the cleanup job. Same way the whole browser can be closed using the browser control (X).

  Clicking Logout in one tab/window will terminate all sessions in the same browser and return their licenses if any. This restriction is planned to be removed in the next release of the software. In the future, logout shall only logout the current tab/window.(CR-MA75449)

• Added objects required to implement Insert/Update/Delete of properties on line items in Manage Properties dialog. (CR-MA78133)

• New project default ZX_HICOL that is used to specify the color for highlighting mandatory properties when adding in Manage Properties dialog. (CR-MA78139)

Site

• In Site > Warehouse Management > Material Receiving > MRR by Agreement a new column is created which now stores the highest approved supplement of an agreement. With this, Supplement now displays only that supplement number of the agreement, for which the MRR is created and will not change when an higher agreement supplement is created and approved. • Creating a Group-By Attribute for an Item Shipment during Receiving by Package, if not coming from Item Shipment.

  The attribute is specified with project default ZC_PCK_ATTR, the value is determined by m_pck_site_custom.get_attr_value CIP.

  If this project default is set and Item Shipments do not have a value during Receiving by Package, the Group-By Attribute will be automatically created. (CR-MA74729)
