Click Quotation Details - Quantities on the menu.
The Released Quantity cell shows the quantity released with the corresponding requisition(s).

In the Quoted Quantity cell, edit the quantity for which you are submitting a bid.
If the Quoted Quantity cell appears with a magenta background, you must Enter quoted quantity per requisition line item to update the quoted quantity because multiple requisition line items are assigned
to this quote detail.

If necessary, click Quantity Unit
and change the unit of the quoted quantity.

For the item status see Complete a bid for a line item.

The Last Quantity cell displays the quantity of the item on the previous inquiry supplement. If the inquiry supplement is 0 or if the quote detail has just been added on the current supplement, zero appears in this cell.

The Changed Quantity cell shows the difference between the quoted quantity and the last quantity of the quote detail. If the inquiry supplement is 0 or if the quote detail has just been added on the current supplement, zero appears in this cell.
