Safety notices are issued by the contractor to inform the subcontractor about a safety incident or a breach of security. Additionally, information are provided about involved employee, equipment, or material, and the required action and date to resolve this issue.
To edit a safety notice, do the following:

Click Project Log - Safety Notices on the menu.

Select a safety notice from the list.

When files are attached, click the file name to view the attachment.

Describe your actions to resolve the safety issue in the Action Taken box.

Click Date Completed and select the date when this issue has been resolved.

Click Save.

Click Submit.
A submitted safety notice can no longer be edited.
