  1. On the Packing tab, select the agreement number for which you want to import preliminary packages and click Preliminary Packing Lists.

  2. Click to select the PPL into which you want to import the preliminary packages details from an Excel spreadsheet.

  3. Click the Packages tab.

    SHARED Tip If no preliminary package is found, click Add Preliminary Packagecreate_preliminary_package to create a new row.

  4. Copy the required information from the Microsoft Excel to your clipboard.

  5. Right-click the first cell of the row and click either of the following:

    Paste - the existing text is over-written

    Insert copied rows - a new row is created, and the copied text is pasted there.

  6. Click Save.

    You can also export the preliminary packages from the Portal by copying them and pasting into the Microsoft Excel.
