The vendor data requirements (VDRs) define the documentation that must be supplied by vendors as part of the contract. You can view the VDRs attached to an inquiry line item on the Line Item Vendor Data Requirements page.
Click Attachments - Line Item Vendor Data Requirements on the menu. The inquiry line items appear on the left side of the page.
Select an inquiry line item. The attached VDRs appear with their names, the short description, the event, and the purpose on the right side of the page.
Select a VDR to view its details on the Details panel at the bottom of the page.
