To allow a user to access project data in Smart Materials MobileScan, you must define user security records for each project and discipline that the user has to work on. User securities are defined on the A.20.06.02 User Securities for Projects screen in Smart Materials. For more information see User Securities for Projects.
Assigning a user to a project, discipline, or a role, allows the user to login to the project with the respective project or discipline with the appropriate privileges granted.
