Material can be issued to a contractor/subcontractor either by direct issue MIR or issue by Bill-of-Material (BOM) using the Issue function. Items can quickly and easily be identified with a picking ticket with on-hand quantities at the location displayed against quantity of items to be issued. In order to process an Issue, the user must have the MIR role in Smart Materials (MIR Role), MIR rule (allows you to create MIRs) and be assigned the MIR by a foreman/manager.
