On the pop-up menu on the Short Code item, the I-Sketch SKEY Mappings entry opens the I-Sketch 10.03 Commodity Code SKEYs screen.

All commodity codes belonging to the selected specification are displayed on the screen together with the mapped SKEYs.

By default, all SKEY sets are used to find an existing SKEY mapping. When selecting a preferred SKEY set from this dropdown list in the Preferred SKEY Set field, SKEYs will be looked up in SKEY Sets according to the SKEY Set configurations stored on the I-Sketch 10.01 Master Data screen. This is to simulate the same SKEY selection rules that would apply when selecting an SKEY set for an export job on I-Sketch 20.05 Export Jobs.

Commodity Codes may be already mapped correctly, mapped more than once, or not mapped at all. Missing or incorrect mappings are indicated by an empty SKEY field. The reason why an SKEY cannot be identified is displayed in the SKey Description field.

If an SKEY is defined ambiguously, you will be informed by information displayed in the SKEY Description field accordingly. To correct this situation, select one SKEY from the complete list of values or from a restricted list showing all SKEYs the commodity code is mapped to. The complete list and the restricted list can be displayed by using the context menu in the SKEY field.

For commodity codes with missing SKEYs, the mapping can be done on this screen for each commodity code separately. By using this functionality, the mappings are done by direct mapping to the commodity code and so apply to this commodity code only. Other commodity codes belonging to the same commodity group and part are not affected. To complete the mapping, it is recommended to return to the I-Sketch 10.02 SKEY Mappings screen and complete the mapping in the group/part level rather than mapping on the commodity code level.

To complete the mapping on this screen, the SKEY pick list can be used either by pressing the F9 key or by using the pop-up menu.

Once the SKEY Mapping is completed in either way, the specification is ready to be exported.

If a mapping to an SKEY can be identified, the mapped attributes and mapped additional attributes are also displayed on the tab pages at the bottom accordingly.
