This step prepares a specification for export to the Smart Isometrics catalog by adding bolting information. Use the S.50.06 Specification Management screen to locate the specification and to go to specification items by double-clicking the Spec Code.

If a bolting file is going be created, the parts to be bolted must be edited and have a bolt commodity code assigned. So, first locate a part to be bolted.

Go to the Bolt Commodity Code field, and select a bolt commodity code from the S.30.01 Commodity Codes pick list.

The pick list for Bolt Commodity Codes is restricted to show commodity codes that are mapped to SKEYs marked as Bolting Material on I-Sketch 10.02 SKEY Mappings.

Proceed this way until the bolted parts have the appropriate bolt commodity codes attached.

The next step is to check if all commodity codes belonging to the specification have been mapped to an SKEY properly.
