    C:\iAS_12c\user_projects\domains\base_domain\config\fmwconfig\components\FORMS\instances\forms1

  2. Rename (or delete) the fmrweb.res file and the fmrweb_utf8.res file.

  3. Rename (or copy) the fmrpcweb.res file to fmrweb.res.

  4. Rename (or copy) the fmrpcweb_utf8.res to fmrweb_utf8.res.
