If the Portal login page does not open, do the following.
Add Portal to the Trusted Sites

In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.

Open the Security tab
-
Click Trusted Sites, then click Sites.
-
Add the Portal link to the trusted sites as displayed below.

Click Close and OK.
Disable Compatibility View
-
In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Compatibility View Settings.
-
Ensure that the Portal URL is not added to the websites.
-
Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View option.

Click Close.
Delete the Browser History
-
In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.
-
On the General tab, click Delete....
-
Ensure that Download History and Form data options are selected.
-
Click Delete and OK.
Clear the Browser Cache

In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.
-
On the General tab, click Settings.
-
Click View files.
-
Delete all files in the INetCache folder.
Clear the Silverlight Cache
-
Right-click in the Portal start page to open the short cut menu.
-
Select Silverlight.
-
Open the Application Storage tab.
-
Click Delete all... and Yes.
-
Clear the Enable application storage check box.
-
Click OK.
-
Close the Internet Explorer.
-
Open the Internet Explorer and start the Portal.
-
Select the Enable application storage check box as described above.
-
Close and restart the Internet Explorer.
