If the Portal login page does not open, do the following.

Add Portal to the Trusted Sites

  1. In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.

  2. Open the Security tab

  3. Click Trusted Sites, then click Sites.

  4. Add the Portal link to the trusted sites as displayed below.

  5. Click Close and OK.

Disable Compatibility View

  1. In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Compatibility View Settings.

  2. Ensure that the Portal URL is not added to the websites.

  3. Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View option.

  4. Click Close.

Delete the Browser History

  1. In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.

  2. On the General tab, click Delete....

  3. Ensure that Download History and Form data options are selected.

  4. Click Delete and OK.

Clear the Browser Cache

  1. In the Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options.

  2. On the General tab, click Settings.

  3. Click View files.

  4. Delete all files in the INetCache folder.

Clear the Silverlight Cache

  1. Right-click in the Portal start page to open the short cut menu.

  2. Select Silverlight.

  3. Open the Application Storage tab.

  4. Click Delete all... and Yes.

  5. Clear the Enable application storage check box.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Close the Internet Explorer.

  8. Open the Internet Explorer and start the Portal.

  9. Select the Enable application storage check box as described above.

  10. Close and restart the Internet Explorer.
