This DBA setting is used for APEX Office Print (AOP) to activate the debugging for printing.
By default, it is set to No which means no debugging.
If APX_PRINT_DEBUG is set to Local, return request json to client instead of print server.
If APX_PRINT_DEBUG is set to Remote, debugging is activated on print server.
