This section describes how to install the Oracle database for Intergraph Smart Materials.
From version 2016 R4 (8.4.0), Smart Materials and Smart Reference Data work only
with the new Intergraph Smart Licensing (ISL). Before you upgrade either Smart Materials
or Smart Reference Data, file a Service Request for the appropriate license.

This Installation applies to Smart Materials installations as well as Smart Reference
Data installations. If you have purchased Smart Reference Data only, you must also
