You must specify settings for language support. Each language that needs to be supported by the application must have its own <culture> xml node in the <predefinedCultures> section of the config.xml
Possible inner text values for IsoCode are existing culture name values from Microsoft's CultureInfo class. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb896001.aspx for more information.

Because this prompt file uses the TwoLetterIsoCode, all dependent regional cultures are also covered by it. For example, the file Prompts.en.xml covers culture en-US as well as en-GB, en-AU, and so forth.
