If set to Y, you can view and use all the NDA specific features. For example, you can set the NDA status for a supplier for a particular project, upload or download the NDA documents, send email notifications, and so on.

If this is set to Y, and a supplier's NDA status is set to None, then the supplier will not be able to access any inquiry in the portal.
