The first step in troubleshooting a problem is to examine the log files to determine what problems are occurring
You can find client log files in the following directory:
C:\Users\<login_user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\Silverlight\is\<dir1>\<dir2>\1\s\<dir_x>\f\trace\*
If the AppData folder is not displayed, you must enable the Show hidden files, folders, and drives option as follows:

Click the Start button > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options.

Select the View tab.

Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives under Hidden files and folders, and click OK.
You can find server log files in the following directory:
C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\SPMATP
