If the DBA setting COMP_REG_AUTO_SYNC is set to N and if company data was updated, all changes on the company data that were made after the last login request approval are displayed on the Pending Changes tab.
Additionally, with the change of company data in the Portal, the approval sequence is automatically reset. This means, all Approved check boxes are cleared, and the changed company data has to be approved again.

Select a company.

Click Pending Changes tab.
The approved data is displayed left and the updated data right. All changes are marked with

Review the changes.

Scroll down and click Approval Sequence in the Approval section.
