Click Add Login Request

Type the unique company code in the Company box.

Type the name of the company in the Company Name box.
Enter the legal entity company name, as it would appear on contracts.

Click Company Type
and select the appropriate type.

In the Federal ID/Business Registration box, enter the identification number.

To add a company address on the Addresses tab, do the following:

Click Add Address

Click Address Type
and select a type.

Enter Address Line, City, and Zip.

Click Country
and select the company’s country.

Optionally, enter Address Line 2.

Optionally, click State/Province
and select the appropriate state or province.
To delete the selected address, click Delete Address
.

Click Save.
