Use the Main menu - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.4 - Help - Hexagon

Click Menu in the left upper corner and select any of the following menu items.

• Click Roles to view or change the role.

  The roles are displayed for the logged-in user based on the selected project and the roles assigned to the user for this project. The currently active role is highlighted.

  To set another role active, select this role.

• Click Disciplines to view or change the discipline.

  The disciplines are displayed for the logged-in user based on the selected project and the disciplines assigned to the user for this project. The currently active discipline is highlighted.

  To set another discipline active, select this discipline.

• Click Data Languages to view or change the language.

  The languages are displayed for the logged-in user based on the selected project and the languages assigned to the user for this project. The currently active language is highlighted.

  To set another language active, select this language.

• Click Help and select any of the following sub menu items:

  • Tutorials - select to opens a page where you can view all available Smart Materials tutorials

  • Printable Guides - opens a page from where you can open all available Smart Materials user guides.

  • Screen Info - opens a dialog with information (title, code/ID, version) about the screen that is currently open

  • View Help - displays the online help of the screen that is currently open

• Click Theme to view or change the application theme.

  The active theme is highlighted. Select another theme to switch.

• Click About to view the About box, where information about the used Smart Materials version is displayed.

  • Click Tech-Support to view information about customer support and technical user forum.

  • Click Anti-Piracy to view information about Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Policy Against Software Piracy.

• Click Change Password to open a dialog to change your user password as follows:

  1. Type your old password.

  2. Type the new password and re-enter the new password.

  3. Click Change Password.

• Click Change Log In to close the current session and to log in with other user credentials.

• Click Log Off to log off and close Smart Materials.

  The active session role, discipline, language and project are saved in the user preferences and set when you log in again.
