You can attach text and terms to the agreement, for example, to define commercial terms or payment terms.
Add terms

Click Add Term

Select Header or Footer from the Placement list.
Type a sequence in the Seq cell.

Click Term Code
and select a term.
The term revision appears in the Revision cell. The Highest Rev indicates if this is the highest revision of the selected term. The Term Changed indicator shows if the term has been changed compared to a previous supplement.

Optionally, type or update the term description in the Short Description and Description cells.

Click Save.
Add term sets

Click Add Term Set

Select the term set.

Optionally, remove details from the set by clearing the check box.

Click Add.

Click Save.
Delete terms

Select a term.
-
Click Delete Term
, and click Save.
View the consolidated text

Click View Consolidated Text.
A dialog opens where the short descriptions and descriptions of all attached text and terms are displayed, ordered by placement (Header first, then Footer) and sequence number.

Select an option from the list to view only descriptions or only short descriptions.

Click Close to close the dialog.
