You can disable a material or service so that it cannot be used in the Portal.

  1. In the Master Data navigation panel, select Procurement > Materials and Services.

  2. Click ExpandTreeNode to expand a material and service type

  3. Select the material or service you want disable.

  4. Click Disabled in Portal.

  5. Click Save.
