  1. Select Traffic from the Tasks list.

  2. Click Shipments.

  3. Select the shipments that you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete Shipment ICON Remove.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

    • You cannot delete shipments having status In Progress (FF) or Shipped (FF). So, if you select a shipment with that status, the Delete Shipment option will be inactive.

    • If you are using Jovix integration and are on version 10.5 or above, then you can delete the shipment only when the control is with Smart Materials and control status is set to SMAT.
