Edit responsibilities - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.4 - Help - Hexagon

With responsibilities, you define the entities that are responsible for particular function lists.

1. Click the Planning task on the dashboard, or select Planning from the Tasks list.

2. Select a planning item in the tree.

   The planning item details appear on the right panel.

3. Click Planning to display the Planning section.

4. Select the Responsibilities tab.

5. Click Add Function List to add a new function list.

6. Type a unique sequence number in the Seq box.

7. Type or select a function list in the Function List box.

   Alternatively, you can add a pre-defined function set, which is a collection of function lists.

   • Click Add Function Set .

   • Select a function set.

   • Deselect function lists which should not be added.

   • Click Add.

8. Type the entity that is responsible for this function list in the Responsible Entity box.

9. Click Save.

You can click Delete Function List to delete the selected function list.
