Assign communication links to contact - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

Communication links can be, for example, phone or fax numbers, e-mail or internet addresses.

1. Scroll down to the Contacts section.

2. Click the contact code in the Employee cell.

   The Manage Contact dialog opens.

3. In the Communication Links section at the bottom, click Add Communication Link .

4. Click Communication Type and select a type.

5. Type the address in the Address Value box.

6. To define the communication link as the contact's default, select Default.

To delete, select a communication link and click Delete Communication Link .
