Add line items based on engineering requisitions - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

This option is not available for manual POs.

1. Click Add Line Items .

2. Select Engineering Requisitions and click Next.

3. Select Inquired requisitions if requisitions that have been inquired completely but not purchased completely should also be available.

4. Select Summarize Line Items if identical material should be combined on one line.

   The quantities of material that can already be found on the agreement are added to the existing line items. New line items are created for new material. Material is regarded as same if the ident code, tag number, unit of the released quantity, and group-by and summary attributes of the MTO are the same.

5. Select Include Negative Quantities if requisition line items with surplus quantities (that is, negative released quantity) are to be considered when adding the selected requisitions to the agreement.

   This option is not considered when adding attachments of engineering requisitions.

6. Select the requisitions you want to add.

   All line items of the selected requisitions are added.

7. Click Add.
