The service gets the value of the DBA setting ECO_ACC_FREQ specified by the user and updates the repeat_interval attribute of the job by which the frequency of the service is updated.
Whenever any required values are not specified, or any invalid values are specified (for example, incorrect column names), the job stops immediately. A log file is generated for every single execution of the service/job.
