With Smart Materials Web API version 2.3, the following areas are integrated:

  • Account Codes: The account codes along with budget are retrieved to Smart Materials from EcoSys.

  • Requisitions: All requisitions with their line items are posted from Smart Materials to EcoSys if the requisition header is assigned with an EcoSys account code.

  • Agreements: All agreements and their line items are posted from Smart Materials to EcoSys if the agreement header is assigned with an EcoSys account code.

  • Invoices: All the invoice line items which have EcoSys account codes are posted to EcoSys.
