Levels describe the level of control you want to have over a purchase order during the fabrication lifecycle. Inspection levels (also referred to as criticality rating) are created at the start of a project. Or, you define the inspection levels in the product group, as a standard for all projects. Expediting, inspection, and criticality levels can be defined on the P.10.55 Expediting Levels screen. These levels are later combined with expediting and inspection tasks.

To define an expediting, inspection, or criticality level, select the type from the dropdown list in the Type field.

You cannot update the Type field to prevent the update of a level type that is already used on an agreement. If you enter a wrong type, you must delete this record and insert a new one.

Enter the level name in the Level field and the descriptions in the Short Desc and Description fields.
