Populate MIR with Reservation BOM Positions - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Training - Hexagon

Purpose

This section explains how to assign BOM positions from a reservation to the MIR (Material Issue Report) in the Smart Materials Site module.

Exercise

1. Open the C.20.21 MIR by Reservation screen from the Smart Materials > Site > Field Materials Control > C.20 Warehouse Management > Issuing menu branch.

2. Click the Exe Query button to view MIR-TRAIN-0001.

   

3. Click Populate Reservation.

   The reserved list positions of the selected reservation run are copied to the second (Inventory Issues) block.

   The issued quantity is set to the reserved quantity, because project default ZC_QTYISS is set to Y.

   

4. Click the Inv Issue Totals button.

   The C.20.21.01 MIR by Reservation Totals screen opens where the sums of reserved, issued, on-hand, and overissued quantities of all details of the selected MIR appear.

   

5. Close the screen.

   You return to C.20.21.

6. Close the screen.
