ASSIGN BUYER

Only users with this privilege can assign buyers to agreements on the P.50.01 Agreements screen.

BUYER

Buyer in procurement. Only users with this privilege can work on inquiries, quotes, and agreements.

PO APPROVAL

Only users with this privilege can approve purchase orders on the P.50.07 Maintain Agreements screen. The Approve button in this screen is only enabled for users with this privilege.

TECHNICAL EVALUATION

Users with this privilege can perform the technical evaluation in procurement. That is, they can click the Tec Pass button, select the Tec Pass check box, or set the technical evaluation complete date for an agreement.

ASSIGN EXPEDITER

When project default ZX_PRIVREQ is set to Y, users can only assign an expediter to an agreement when they have the ASSIGN EXPEDITER privilege granted.

EXPEDITER

Only users with the EXPEDITER privilege can be selected as expediters on the P.50.01 or P.50.07 screen.

TRAFFIC

Only users with TRAFFIC privilege can be assigned as responsible for the traffic part of an agreement on P.50.01 or P.50.07.
