On the Inspection Tasks tab, the inspector can plan his daily work, for example, phone calls or meetings.

P7071tasks

You can either select a task that has been defined on the P.10.56 Events and Tasks screen or you can enter any free-format text. This free-format text will not be added to the tasks available on P.10.56.

Updates of a task on the requisition level are populated to all tagged items of the requisition without individual data. Individual data means that this same task of the tagged item has been changed manually. Updates on the tagged item level are only processed for that individual item.

When you insert a task on the requisition level, this task is also inserted for all those tagged items of that requisition that do not already have a task with the same order sequence.

When you delete a task on the requisition level, this task is only deleted for a tagged item if this task has not been modified manually, that is, if the data of the requisition and tagged item is still identical for this task.

Once data has been updated or inserted on the tagged item level, this data is regarded as individual data even if this data is once again identical with the data on the requisition level due to an update.

The Task field shows the name of the expediting task. See Inspection Events for the description of all other fields.
