The catalog is exported and provided to the suppliers in Microsoft Excel format. The suppliers then enter the price information in the exported catalog Excel workbook. Once this is received from the supplier, the Excel workbook is imported and price list information is created or updated.

Price lists are project-independent; that is, the price list can be created in the product group and then can be used across projects to assign prices to the project-based idents. Price lists are revision-driven with revision number and revision date.

Defining and maintaining price list data and importing and exporting of Microsoft Excel workbooks for price lists is performed on the AS.10.05 Price Lists screen.
