Open the R.10.13 Req Number Rules screen.

Type a rule name in the Req Rule box.

Type rule descriptions in the Short Desc and Description boxes.

Define the requisition rule in the Req Rule Definition box.
You can use the select list to assign parameters to the rule

Click Save.
