Smart Materials/Smart Reference Data Version
10.2

The node level beneath delivery places in the 'Forecast' branch of the traffic tree displays the release notes and - if planned data has been frozen and copied already - orders and (planned) requisitions.

All release notes are shown that match the following criteria:

  • No means of conveyance has been created for them so far,

  • The main destination of their routing method is the same as the parent node of the delivery place you have selected in the tree,

  • The forecasted or actual date for the destination marked as 'Delivery Date' of their item shipments lies within the selected date range.

If planned data has been frozen and the 'Copy' operation (see Overall Totals) has already been executed, planned requisitions (requisition links), requisitions, and orders will also be displayed here, provided that they match the criteria described for details of delivery place nodes in the 'Planned' branch.

If you select a delivery place node beneath the 'Forecast' branch, the Traffic Detail window opens where the details of the release notes/orders/requisitions are displayed.

On the Traffic Details window, the RN/Order/Req. Number field shows the name/number of the release note, order, or requisition. In the case of an order, you can double-click in this field to open the D.90.21 Attachments screen to view all VDRs attached to that order (covering all its supplements). In the case of a release note, you can double-click in this field to open the PT.20.11 Means of Conveyance screen. If, in case of a release note, you use the pop-up menu in this field, you can open the P.70.74 Packages, PT.20.11 Means of Conveyance, or PT.30.01 OSD for Release Notes screen. On the PT.20.11 screen, you can create the first means of conveyance (MOC) for that release note. The loading point of the MOC is already filled with the delivery place of the release note. After you have filled all mandatory fields, your release note appears when moving to the second block of that screen.

For the descriptions of the other fields, see Date Ranges.
